These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set out the legal relationship between All-the-best.eu s.r.o (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") in the purchase and use of time-limited advertisements on the ALL The Best platform.
2.1 The Customer may subscribe to a monthly, semi-annual or annual advertisement on the ALL The Best platform. Payment for advertising is made recurrently in accordance with the selected time period.
2.2 The Customer may make payment through the various payment methods listed on the Company's website.
3.1 The Company undertakes to provide the Customer with public space on the ALL The Best Platform for the period of time ordered.
3.2 The content of the advertisements is the responsibility of the Customer. The Company reserves the right to remove inappropriate content without prior notice.
4.1 The Customer shall have the right to cancel its order within 14 days of the conclusion of the order, and the Company shall be entitled to retain a fair share of the charges for services rendered prior to cancellation.
4.2 Cancellation of an order during its term will result in the termination of the advertisement and the Company reserves the right not to refund payments for unused time.
5.1 The Company will process the Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy policy.
6.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede any prior agreements or contracts.
6.2 In the event of any dispute or inconsistency, these Conditions shall be governed by Slovak law.
6.3 Any variations or amendments to these Conditions must be agreed in writing by both parties.
